Amplify is an employee usability feedback community for the way we work. That means we help teams across the enterprise gather insights so they can make informed decisions about their employee-facing products and services — and we’d love to work with you.
What does Amplify do?
We uncover hidden opportunities to make our employee experiences better.

Who can participate? Amplify is open to all UnitedHealth Group (UHG), UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Optum team members. Our usability research works best when we have a wide variety of participants and opinions.
How does Amplify participation work?
We really want to hear your feedback, so we made it easy.
Join our community
It’s quick and simple — just provide us with a little information about yourself and we’ll take it from there.
Look out for invites
We set up feedback sessions and reach out to potential feedback participants when they’re a good fit. Participation is always optional and greatly appreciated.
